Clicker for Birds
One of the best ways to train your cockatiel is by using a clicker. Whenever you are in a training session with it you need to have it's favorite food handy as well as your little clicker for birds. Hold the food in front of the cockatiel and when he takes a bite click the clicker. He will soon start recognizing the clicking sound as a good thing and if you always treat him when he reacts in the right way you will see dramatic results using this method.
